None of the food delivered from Seasons Pizza was bad, it simply wasn't especially good. I appreciate the convenience of their delivery service and the multiple locations, but the local Wilmington, DE store hours are more limited than I would prefer (my pizza appetite has barely started at 11pm on weekends).
The normal tried-and-true Italian sub has a bit of tang or bite, which was entirely lacking in Seasons. I ordered vinegar on it, but there wasn't a drop anywhere. Instead of the traditional spicy dry-cured capicola or prosciutto, this had plain ham along with the normal salami and pepperoni. Online, the ingredients listed pepper ham, but this sandwich didn't even include that attempt to cover for the missing proper ingredient with black pepper. Somehow, the sandwich conveyed a texture more reminiscent of the creamy blandness of bologna instead of the normal spicy mix of textures expected in an Italian sub. It's still better and more accurate than Domino's.
Seasons' cinnamon bites were a reasonable alternative to Domino's Cinna-stix, which I may have become addicted to. The portion size was enormous in comparison, for the same price. The bites were pre-sugared, giving the consumer less control over the sugar-cinnamon ratio. They also seemed pre-made several hours earlier, rather than made to order 10 minutes before. However, they were good enough and would certainly satisfy a sweet tooth.
Seasons does offer a much wider variety of desserts (mostly, but not all, cakes and cheesecakes).than most sub shops. I haven't had any recently, but my recollection is they have always been "good enough." It's tough to mess up sweets.
Seasons certainly won't be my first choice for delivery, but it does best the big national/international chains. Some other local shops only offer pork-substitutes due to ownership by religious people, and Seasons is at least more traditional than that. -

First, I'm an avid user of Seasons Pizza and hate to rate the Maryland Avenue store at 2 stars. This was my first time using this store in particular and I used it because I was visiting family and wasn't home.
I was totally disappointed with this experience from start to finish. I called at 9:53pm and didn't receive my order until 11:24pm with no real explanation.
Complaints are as follows:
1. Didn't call to inform me that the order was going to take longer than normal.
2. Ignored my calls after initial call.
3. Phone Etiquette - took over 20 minutes to take my initial order which was one pizza and three orders of hot wings.
4. Food was cold when it arrived.
5. Wings were not cooked to order and had to continue cooking wings at home. I requested to fry hard and crispy, wings arrived undercooked.
If it were one complaint I wouldn't bother writing such a negative review, however, this was one thing after another. Seasons of Maryland Avenue needs to have each staff member undergo Customer Service Training from in addition to learning phone etiquette (I.e. simple order taking, repeating order back to customer)
I will not go back. -

Went to Seasons and ordered online and picked up. While I usually give them a 5 star. I have to change it. I ordered an Italian sub, gyro and sweet potato fries. I took immediate to my daughters work right down the road from there. The sub was soggy and saturated with oil. The gyro is suppose to be pita bread and I received toasted wheat bread. I will add a pic....and the fries were cold and only a little bit. I am very disappointed and sad as I like going there. My daughter said she will never get another sub there and I will not get anymore gyros or fries. Usually I get pizza which is good. So I must give a 1 star, sorry guys!!! The online menu was difficult to use. I really like the rewards program and pizza. I hope the pizza didn't go downhill like the sandwiches!!!!!

Nothing like finding a dead fly in your salad. Absolutely disgusting. We will never eat here again.

Seasons is my only delivery choice! The food is amazing, the delivery drivers are always quick and friendly and the online ordering system makes it soooo easy. Each item I try is my new favorite - this week I had the ravioli and they were perfect!!! Can't wait to get them again.
